Outdoor Gym Studio

Our customer, a dedicated Personal Trainer reached out to us with a unique request: to create a garden room gym for him and his family's fitness needs. Recognising the importance of having a convenient and accessible space for exercise, he sought our expertise to bring his vision to life. We scheduled an appointment to visit him at home to discuss his requirements in detail. Our customer wanted a decent-sized contemporary studio but with a rustic charm, so we suggested to him that we use cedar wood cladding to give it the natural look that he wanted. The studio needed to be big enough to fit gym equipment and allow for workouts, so he chose a 5m x 3m size. Once this was decided, we got to work doing all of the necessary groundwork, including leveling the site, laying the concrete base, digging the trench for the underground armoured cables, as well as installing adequate drainage. We then insulated the garden studio to allow for year-round comfort and added a dual air conditioning and heating unit. Our team expertly fitted the EPDM rubber roof, and the bi-folding doors and then boarded, plastered, and painted the interior, as well as installed all electrical work and lighting fixtures. To complete the transformation, we laid the non-slip gym flooring and added the finishing touches, including mounting TVs above the running machines, providing the perfect environment for the family to stay active and healthy.
